Job description
Amazon is seeking a Lead Associate to support fast-paced, multi-site operations within close proximity in the San Diego metro area, with an emphasis on safety, accuracy, and customer service. You’ll lead a team on a retail warehouse floor, train staff, manage inventory, and ensure timely deliveries while adhering to safety and quality standards.
You will collaborate with associates and delivery partners, participate in onboarding, and help improve processes.
