Job description
Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Lead CI Engineer to drive continuous improvement across operations. You will lead data-driven projects, mentor teams in lean and QA methods, and collaborate with account management to optimize safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth.
The role requires hands-on data analysis, engineering acumen, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams through Kaizen events and Value Stream Mapping, with travel up to 10–15%.
