Lead Water Heater InstallerWe are hiring an experienced Lead Water Heater Installer / Plumbing Technician to join our team in Fort Pierce, FL. This role is responsible for leading residential water heater installations and replacements while providing quality workmanship and excellent customer service.Responsibilities:Lead and complete residential water heater installations and replacementsInstall, remove, and troubleshoot electric and gas water heatersInstall tank and tankless water heater systemsComplete piping, connections, shutoffs, relief valves, expansion tanks, drain pans, and discharge pipingPerform leak testing and verify proper system operationDiagnose plumbing and water heater issues and determine appropriate solutionsFollow manufacturer specifications, plumbing codes, and company standardsLead, train, and direct helpers or second installersStage materials and maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsitesProtect customer property and communicate professionally with homeownersDocument completed work, materials, and jobsite issuesQualifications:5+ years of plumbing, water heater installation, or residential service experience preferredProven experience independently installing and replacing water heatersExperience with electric and gas water heatersTankless water heater experience preferredStrong plumbing troubleshooting and installation skillsKnowledge of plumbing codes and safe installation practicesAbility to lead and train a helper or crew memberStrong customer service and communication skillsValid driver's license and acceptable driving recordAbility to lift and maneuver water heaters and materialsComfortable working in confined spaces and residential environmentsWhat We Offer:$30–$36 per hourFull Benefits PackageHealth, Dental & Vision InsuranceLife InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Paid Holidays401(k) with Company MatchYear-Round WorkTraining & Advancement OpportunitiesIf you're an experienced plumber, plumbing technician, water heater installer, or lead installer looking for a long-term opportunity with a strong team, apply today!
