Job description
Twin City Fan in Brookings, SD seeks a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing activities, ensure quality checks, and drive Lean initiatives. You will coordinate with maintenance and value stream leaders to meet delivery goals while promoting a safe, productive work environment.
Responsibilities include training, 5S & Visual Factory improvements, and supporting Changeover/Setup reductions. Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration are essential for success in this role.
