Lead WelderHas thorough and complete understanding of the job, company policies and processes. Applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of complex tasks. Performs work that requires independent judgement and resourcefulness or sense of leadership. Solves and identifies complex problems using technical knowledge and creativity. Functions as a team leader by directing the work of others. Fills in as required so that production goals can be met. May be involved in safety committees or initiatives.
