Job description
Lead TechnicianSparkle Squad is growing, and we are looking for a Lead Technician who takes pride in producing excellent work, leading people, and creating great customer experiences. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, leading by example, and taking ownership of job quality and crew performance.
