Lead Window & Door InstallerLocation: Knoxville, TNSchedule: Monday-Friday with a start time of 6:30 AMWho We AreWest Shore Home is a technology-driven and industry-leading home improvement company specializing in high-quality and convenient remodels of Bathrooms, Flooring, Windows, and Doors. West Shore Home operates in over 40 locations nationwide and is home to over 3,000 employees!Purpose of PositionThe Installer will assist in performing safe and effective installations following all Company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and PPE protocol while providing customers with a 5-star experience.Key Role AccountabilitiesArrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucksTravel to customer's home, greet them, and establish rapportRemove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trimClean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer's homeCollect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouseMinimum RequirementsExperience in carpentry, remodeling, construction – or a hunger to learn!Basic knowledge of hand tools and power toolsValid Driver's License and reliable transportationMust have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authenticationBenefitsComprehensive Health Insurance options (Medical, Dental, Vision, Accident, Life, Critical Illness, Short and Long-Term Disability)401(k) Retirement Plan with company matchHSA plan with company matchPaid holidays and paid time off (PTO)Employee Referral ProgramEmployee Discount ProgramPaid training and unlimited professional growth potentialCompensationThe approximate hourly for this position is $17-$20 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
