Job description
Family Dollar seeks a Manager for Workday Reporting & Analytics to own the organization’s Workday reporting and people analytics. You will design, build, and maintain scalable reporting solutions and partner with HR, TA, Operations, Finance, and Legal to land trusted insights.
You will balance technical depth with business storytelling, delivering dashboards and executive-ready presentations while ensuring governance and data accuracy across Workday reporting.
