Job description
Heritage Health Care Center in Minster, OH is seeking a Wound Care and Skin Health Team Lead, RN to oversee skin integrity and wound management for individuals with developmental disabilities. In this leadership role, you will assess and treat wounds, develop and monitor care plans, conduct skin assessments, and train staff in best practices for prevention and treatment. You’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, communicate with families, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance.
