Job description
Logan Center is seeking a Wound Care and Skin Health Team Lead, RN to oversee technology-enabled wound management programs. This role leads a clinical team, sets best-practice protocols, and uses analytics from our software platforms to track healing outcomes and prevent skin breakdown. The RN collaborates with providers, IT, and product teams to refine digital care tools, trains staff on documentation and assessment standards, and ensures regulatory and quality compliance in a fast-paced, innovative environment focused on patient safety and continuous improvement.
