Administer the governance and contractual integrity of large-scale DoD-wide Strategic Agreements to ensure full compliance with Federal regulations. Lead contract modifications, negotiations, and audit readiness activities to protect the health of a complex, multi-year portfolio. Provide executive leadership across the CPMO by acting on behalf of the Director and facilitating coordination among cross-functional business organizations. Drive operational excellence by establishing standardized processes that support decentralized ordering activities and improve overall program efficiency.

Active U.S. Secret security clearance (or higher) and U.S. Citizenship.

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated leadership experience in a senior-level deputy or management role.

Experience navigating and operating effectively within a highly matrixed enterprise technology environment.
