Job description
Joint Commission International is seeking a Talent Management Specialist to drive enterprise leadership development. The role oversees Elevate and other cohorts, coordinating design handoffs, onboarding, assessments, and coaching while maintaining high-quality participant experiences.
You will manage sessions end-to-end, handle Workday Talent & Learning tasks, and partner with executives, vendors, and HRBPs to ensure program success and continuous improvement.
