Job description
CVS Health is seeking candidates for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program in California. This development-focused role prepares you for a CVS Store Manager position through a 16-week self-paced, collaborative training plan with virtual and hands-on learning experiences.
You will work with a district leader, HRBP, training store manager, and store manager coach to grow toward leadership. The role requires strong communication, customer care, merchandising, and inventory management skills.
