nnReal W2 Employee! Not an Independent Contractor!
n
n nDETAILS:
nnn25-35 hours per week (split between admin time and field time)
n
nnShift is ~10-4pm Monday through Friday + One weekend per month
n
nnOn-Call availability is a must one week per month (on-call bonus!)
n
nnService Area based on company needs (travel time will not exceed 30 minutes on average)
n
nnAdmin time AND Field time is paid
n
nnYou will drive from house to house according to company schedule providing in-home pet care services, as requested by client
n
n nWhat We are Looking For:
nnnMust own your own vehicle, have a valid driver license, and maintain auto insurance
n
nnHave leadership experience (at least 1 year)
n
nnHave prior experience working with dogs
n
nnBe coachable and able to coach others
n
nnMust have a smart phone w/unlimited data (and able to use our apps)
n
nnMust be over 18
n
nnMust be able to handle large dogs that pull on leash
n
nnMust be willing to commit for at least 8 months
n
nnMust be comfortable with open and direct communication
n
