Avantor seeks a Business Process Improvement Analyst at the Visalia, CA site to translate business objectives into actionable improvement projects. The role leads Lean initiatives, audits processes, and drives cost, quality, safety and delivery gains across distribution. Travel up to 50% is required.
Ideal candidate has a BA/BS and 5+ years in distribution, with Lean Six Sigma experience and strong presentation skills to management. Onsite DC environment; MS Office proficiency essential.
