Job description
The Inspection Center General Manager at Carvana is responsible for the overall performance of the center, leading up to 500 associates across shifts in a lean manufacturing environment. You will drive strategic planning, production management, and people development to meet quality, production and cost objectives while upholding Carvana’s culture and safety standards.
You’ll mentor reconditioning managers, oversee weekly performance reviews, and ensure standardized work and visual controls.
