Job description
Big Tex Trailers is seeking a Production Manager to drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements across the value stream. Under the Plant Manager, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives to meet SQDC objectives and improve performance.
The role requires strong leadership, Lean manufacturing experience, and the ability to deploy resources effectively while communicating across all levels to achieve strategic priorities and customer satisfaction.
