Job description
Mauser Packaging Solutions seeks a seasoned production supervisor to lead and mentor our manufacturing team in a fast-paced facility in the Chicago area. You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency across shifts, while coordinating with maintenance and other departments to meet production goals.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or operations management and at least three years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
