Job description
Carvana in Ohio is seeking a Reconditioning Manager to supervise the Inspection Center, directing a team of 5 leads and up to 70 front-line associates within a lean manufacturing environment. This role focuses on continuous improvement while achieving quality, production, and cost objectives.
