Job description
Texmo Blank’s U.S. plant in Warsaw, IN is seeking a Lean/CI Manager to spearhead the Texmo Business System and Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
You will coach cross-functional teams on DMAIC projects, Kaizen events, and the deployment of standardized work and TWI across shop floor and office areas. You will lead strategic planning (Hoshin Kanri), drive VSM/Takt-based improvements to reduce lead time, cut variation, and improve cost, quality, and delivery.
