Job description
3M is seeking an Operations Manager for the Tonawanda, NY facility. You will lead manufacturing and logistics, ensure schedule adherence and quality, and drive efficiency across operations.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher and at least five years of manufacturing/production operations experience; Lean Six Sigma is highly valued. Travel may be up to 10% domestically, with relocation assistance possible.
