Job description
BW Converting in Green Bay seeks a Continuous Improvement Lead to drive operational excellence across manufacturing operations. You will translate business priorities into practical improvement plans, deploy a standardized CI system, and coach leaders to build sustainable capability across cross‑functional teams.
You will lead initiatives targeting safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory, developing dashboards and metrics to track impact and ensure sustained gains.
