Job description
The Toro Company in Plymouth, WI is seeking a Lean Manager to lead the TTC Lean Enterprise system, drive continuous improvement, and coach teams in Lean tools and principles. You will partner with the Corporate Lean Enterprise Team and other sites to raise Lean maturity and deliver measurable gains across safety, quality, and cost.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Lean Manufacturing and Project Management, strong leadership and communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
