Job description
Sealed Air in the United States seeks a Process Improvement Leader to drive Lean transformation across manufacturing and supply chain operations. This hands-on role coaches teams, leads Kaizen events, and delivers measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and engagement.
You will embed Lean thinking into daily operations, work with plant leadership and frontline teams, and standardize tools across sites.
