Job description
MCC Label, a global leader in premium labels, seeks an Operational Excellence Manager to drive Lean culture in the plant. You will lead productivity improvements, coach teams, and eliminate waste with Lean principles, reporting to the Plant Manager.
The role requires strong influence, cross-functional collaboration, and track record of engaging employees beyond direct reports. You will oversee Kaizen events, KPI delivery, and site transformation programs across Safety, Quality, and Cost.
