Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Learner Care Specialist to support learning operations, learner registration, and program administration. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless learner experience by managing enrollments, supporting learning platforms, resolving registration issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality learning programs. This role requires excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and experience with learning management systems and enrollment operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage learner registrations, enrollments, and program administration through learning platforms such as My Learning, SharePoint, and Boeing Events App .
Process enrollment requests, including manual registrations, add/drop requests, date changes, and learner profile updates.
Monitor registration workflows, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate with technical teams to resolve defects and incidents.
Provide exceptional learner support by responding to inquiries through shared mailboxes within established SLAs.
Create and maintain meeting invitations, learner communications, and program-related documentation.
Generate weekly enrollment reports and other operational reports while ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Track attendance records and resolve issues related to learner completion and course credit.
Conduct learner outreach to improve program participation and enrollment rates.
Maintain confidentiality of learner information and ensure compliance with organizational data privacy standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external participants to support successful learning program delivery.
Participate in meetings and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance learner services and operational processes.
Coordinate event integration activities and communicate updates effectively with stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in Learning Operations, Registration/Enrollment Administration, Learner Support, or Training Coordination .
Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to support learners and stakeholders professionally.
Experience managing learner registrations, manual enrollments, and enrollment modifications.
Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) , SharePoint, or similar learning/event management platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot registration and system issues.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Experience creating reports, maintaining learner records, and ensuring accurate attendance tracking.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive learner information with integrity.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting corporate learning, training operations, or enterprise learning programs.
Knowledge of learning management systems, event management tools, and learning operations best practices.
Experience working in large enterprise or aerospace/manufacturing environments is a plus.
