Job description
Brighton Center seeks an ECI Learning & Compliance Lead to design, coordinate, and present training for Early Intervention Specialists and therapists in theSan Antonio clinic. You will assess program needs, arrange training solutions, and collaborate with the Quality Control team to address staff development and program-wide training requirements.
The role includes hands-on onboarding, annual training planning, and updating procedures and online resources to ensure HHSC/ECI compliance and staff
