Job description
True Religion seeks a Learning & Development Manager to build and own the learning ecosystem for store and corporate teams, driving high performance through an LMS rollout and scalable onboarding and leadership programs.
You’ll design content across modules, supervise compliance training, and measure ROI to demonstrate L&D impact. This hybrid role is based in El Segundo with office days as needed.
