Job description
Busey is seeking a Learning Partner to help ensure operational effectiveness, onboard associates, and manage the Busey University training calendar. You will collaborate with HR, Wellness, and business lines, acting as Brand and Communications ambassador for development initiatives.
The role includes facilitating monthly trainings, designing programs with adult learning principles, coordinating events, producing training media, and analyzing feedback to improve onboarding for new associates.
