Job description
DeZURIK is looking for a Learning & Development Program Manager who is energized by building programs and seeing them make a real difference. You'll influence learning strategy across the company, from technical and operational training to leadership development and onboarding, while keeping the day-to-day learning engine running smoothly.
What You'll Do
Design engaging training using eLearning, instructor-led, virtual, and on-the-job formats
Own our Learning Management System (LMS), including course setup, assignments, learning paths, tracking, and reporting
Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate training across multiple sites and shifts
Partner with leaders, subject matter experts, and vendors to deliver solutions that meet business needs
Analyze learning data and feedback to measure impact and drive continuous improvement
Your First 90 Days
In your first month, you'll learn our business, culture, and LMS. By day 60, you'll independently manage LMS administration and training scheduling. By day 90, you'll be running core training operations, launching content enhancements, and recommending the future L&D roadmap.
What You Bring 3-5 years of experience in L&D, instructional design, or a related HR discipline
Strong instructional design, facilitation, and project management skills
Experience with LMS platforms (Docebo a plus), eLearning authoring tools, and Microsoft 365
Manufacturing or industrial experience strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered

DeZURIK offers a competitive base salary in the $75,577 to $94,472 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus opportunities tied to performance.
