Job description
Fairmont Kea Lani in Maui seeks a People & Culture Manager (Learning & Development) to lead learning programs that strengthen leadership capability and service culture across the hotel.
You will partner with department leaders to deliver onboarding, leadership development, coaching, and succession planning while ensuring compliance and robust learning metrics to drive guest experiences in a luxury Hawaiian setting.
