Learning Management Systems Administrator

The LMS Administrator manages the technical operation, learner experience, and day-to-day functionality of the learning management system while also supporting learning delivery, certification administration, and selected virtual learning activities. This role is designed as a hybrid LMS Administration and Learning Delivery Analyst position, providing both technical platform support and operational learning-delivery support. As business needs evolve, the role may expand further in either direction, with a strong foundation in both disciplines expected from the outset.

The Purpose of Your Role

As an LMS Administrator, you will serve as a primary operational resource for the agent-facing learning platform across all learning programs and business areas. Initially, this role will also support Learning Delivery Analyst activities for assigned certification programs, including learner communications, reporting, program administration, and certification support. This blended experience will provide a strong understanding of how learning programs are delivered, measured, and supported at Liveops while building expertise in LMS administration. You will create and maintain learner accounts, configure and organize courses and curricula, manage assignments and completions, provide learner support, and deliver LMS reporting. Your work will connect reliable learning technology operations with effective learning delivery.

The Qualifications We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred

2+ years of LMS administration, learning operations, training coordination, or a related learning technology role

Experience managing learner accounts, courses, curricula, assignments, enrollments, completions, and reporting within an LMS

Experience supporting training delivery, certification programs, learner communications, scheduling, reporting, or virtual learning environments

Experience using eLearning development tools, including Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, Captivate, Camtasia, or similar platforms

Strong technical aptitude, including the ability to troubleshoot learner, content, access, configuration, and system issues and partner with technical teams to resolve complex problems

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce, reporting tools, and learning technologies preferred

Strong organizational, analytical, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment

The Value You Deliver

Administer and maintain the LMS, including learner accounts, access, courses, curricula, certifications, enrollments, assignments, learning content, and completion records

Ensure a high-quality learner experience by troubleshooting issues, resolving or escalating system concerns, and maintaining the accuracy, usability, and compliance of the learning platform

Generate and analyze LMS reports to monitor learner progress, certification outcomes, system utilization, and learning effectiveness

Partner with Learning team members and business stakeholders to translate learning requirements into effective LMS configurations and learner experiences

Support assigned certification and learning programs through learner communications, scheduling, roster management, attendance tracking, reporting, and certification administration

Coordinate and facilitate approved virtual learning sessions, monitor learner participation and results, and recommend improvements to learning delivery and LMS processes

Participate in special projects, process improvements, and other initiatives that support business and learning-team objectives

Provide technical and operational support to learners, stakeholders, and learning team members through effective communication and problem resolution

Coordinate assigned learning and certification activities, including learner communications, scheduling, reporting, and virtual session support

Use learning, reporting, collaboration, and communication systems to analyze information, manage priorities, and support learning operations

Work independently while managing multiple priorities, meeting quality expectations, and supporting a flexible schedule as business needs require
