Job description
Trucordia Insurance Services, LLC seeks a Learning and Sales Enablement Manager to drive the end‑to‑end sales learning experience for producers. You will train on sales tools, support Basecamp programs, and guide development with close collaboration with sales leaders and product managers.
You will deliver ongoing training, coach producers through onboarding, and ensure access to Trucordia University, The Alliance, and WebCE resources across the organization.
