Lease Analyst (Commercial Real Estate Lease Administration) Location: Century City, CA Schedule: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) Pay: $27-$32/hr Type: Long-Term Contract | Potential Temp-to-Hire About the Opportunity A leading commercial real estate organization is seeking a Lease Analyst to join its Lease Administration team in Century City. This is a highly analytical, detail-oriented position focused on interpreting commercial lease agreements, maintaining tenant and lease data, and supporting billing and recovery processes across a large commercial real estate portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into complex lease language, solving data issues, and working in a high-volume environment where accuracy is critical. Commercial real estate experience is required. Candidates from retail, office, mixed-use, asset management, lease administration, CAM reconciliation, recoveries, or property operations backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply. Multifamily-only experience will not be considered.
