Job description
Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at a Santa Clarita community. You will greet prospects, tour apartments, process applications, and manage move-ins to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
The role requires 1-2 years of leasing experience, experience with Lease-up and Entrata is preferred, and a 20% housing discount is available. Weekend availability is required, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.
