What We Offer
Competitive pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour depending on experience, and location
Lucrative commission opportunities for every new lease
Annual raises with the opportunity for up to a five percent salary increase each year

We are hiring at the following locations:
The Retreat at Seven Trails Apartments
What You Will Do as a Leasing Consultant Welcome and assist prospective residents by showcasing our community and leasing apartments
Ensure that model and target apartments are well-maintained and ready for showings
Conduct and report market surveys
Manage leasing documentation, including applications and lease agreements
Promote the community through marketing efforts such as Craigslist and other platforms
Assist with resident retention and engagement programs
What We Are Looking For 1+ year in Multi-Family Housing Industry required
Yardi/CRM IQ familiarity strongly preferred
Strong sales mentality with ability to close and secure the lease
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer service mindset and ability to build relationships with residents
Willingness to complete online training courses
Availability to work two to three Saturdays per month
