Job description
The Leasing and Service Professional, Level 1 is responsible for generating leases, delivering an exceptional prospect experience, supporting resident satisfaction, and helping the community achieve occupancy, revenue, and retention goals.
nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
nnGreet, qualify, and follow up with prospective residents
nConduct apartment and community tours tailored to prospect needs
nExplain floor plans, pricing, amenities, lease terms, and community policies
nProcess guest cards, applications, and leasing paperwork accurately and timely
nMaintain lead, traffic, and prospect follow-up records in the property management system
nSupport resident move-ins, renewals, and general customer service needs
nParticipate in marketing outreach, resident events, and social media/community promotion
nMaintain professional presentation of the leasing office, model units, and tour paths
nComply with Fair Housing and all company policies
nMaintain closing ratio in accordance to company standards and performance expectations
n nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
nnHigh school diploma or GED
nStrong verbal communication, interpersonal, and closing skills
nStrong organization and follow-through
nAbility to work weekends as needed
n nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
nnLeasing, sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred
nKnowledge of Fair Housing practices
nExperience with CRM, OneSite, Yardi, Entrata, or similar systems
n nCOMMUNICATION SKILLS
nnLeasing, sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred
nAbility to build rapport quickly with prospective and current residents
nProfessional telephone, email, and in-person communication skills
nEffective sales presentation and closing communication abilities
nAbility to actively listen and identify prospect needs
nStrong follow-up and organizational communication skills
nAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
nProfessional conflict resolution and service recovery skills
n nTECHNOLOGY SKILLS
nnBasic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
nAbility to learn and use property management and CRM systems
nExperience entering and maintaining accurate prospect and resident data
nAbility to manage digital guest cards, applications, and leasing documentation
nFamiliarity with online leasing, scheduling, and communication platforms
nBasic understanding of social media platforms for community marketing purposes
nAbility to use mobile devices, tablets, and standard office equipment effectively
nFrequent walking, standing, touring, and desk work
nMay require Saturday or weekend availability
nMust maintain professional appearance and strong resident-facing presence

n401K: Bridge Investment Group will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar, up to 6% of your pay. These contributions are fully vested immediately. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
nPaid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
n11 Paid Holidays per year.
nFollowing six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
nTuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
