Job description
Winterwood, Inc. is hiring for the role of Leasing Agent. The Leasing Agent is responsible for the leasing and marketing of the property, and ensures target occupancy is maintained at all times. Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service skills and proficiency with computers.
nPosition Details:
nnJob Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
nWork Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:30 PM
nCompensation: $18.00 per hour
n nWhat We Offer:
nnSign-On Bonus: $500 (Payable on first paycheck. Rehires are eligible if their separation period has been 1 year or more).

n nQualifications:
nnAt least 6 months of apartment leasing experience.
nProficient computer skills.
nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
nStrong communication skills with staff, residents, vendors, and others.
nExcellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
nWillingness to complete a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.
nAbility to travel to Lexington, KY for training.
n nJob Responsibilities:
nnAssume responsibility for the leasing process and effectively market the property.
nShow available units to prospective residents.
nAssist in projecting upcoming move-outs to quickly fill units and maintain target occupancy.
nScreen applicants to determine eligibility.
nComplete necessary paperwork and ensure compliance with leasing guidelines.
nMaintain accurate tenant files.
nPerform other tasks as assigned.
