We’re seeking an energetic, customer service driven, and marketing savvy Leasing Agent to join our team part-time. The ideal candidate brings strong leasing skills, exceptional customer service, and the creativity to help drive traffic to our community.
nKey Responsibilities
nGreet prospects warmly and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the leasing experience
nConduct property tours and highlight community features and benefits
nManage leads, follow ups, and leasing activity using AppFolio
nProcess applications, verify qualifications, and prepare leasing documents
nSupport residents with renewals and service-related inquiries
nAssist with renewals and resident relations
nMaintain an organized, professional office environment
nCollaborate with the onsite team to maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction
nWork a weekly schedule of Thursday through Sunday
nQualifications
nMinimum 2 years of leasing experience required
nExperience using AppFolio or similar CRM software
nSales-driven with excellent communication and closing skills
nProfessional, positive, and team oriented attitude
nAbility to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
nStrong attention to detail
nWeekend availability required
