Leasing Agent Huntsville
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in apartment leasing and marketing. This individual will play a key role in attracting and retaining residents while ensuring a positive experience throughout the leasing process.
Key Responsibilities
Greet prospective residents, answer inquiries, and conduct property tours.
Effectively communicate leasing terms, policies, and community amenities.
Prepare, review, and process lease agreements and related paperwork.
Maintain accurate records of prospects, applications, and lease documents.
Assist with marketing efforts, including online listings, social media, and resident events.
Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing resident concerns.
Ensure model units and community areas are well-presented and welcoming.
Collaborate with the property management team to achieve occupancy goals.
Qualifications
Previous experience in apartment leasing and marketing (1+ years required).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
