Leasing Agent Needed For Immediate Hire!
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and professional Leasing Agent to assist us with leasing at our properties.
Responsibilities:
Greeting prospective tenants
Conduct property tours and answering inquiries
Assist applicants with the Leasing process
Process applications, prepare lease agreements and update property listings
Qualifications:
Must be bilingual in Spanish
No experience necessary/we will train the right candidates
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong people skills
