Bilingual Leasing Agent - Urgent Hiring

Are you an experienced leasing professional who enjoys connecting with people and creating exceptional experiences? Our client is seeking a professional, motivated, and customer-focused Bilingual Leasing Agent to join their team.
This is an urgent evaluation-to-hire opportunity for a dependable leasing professional with strong communication skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service. The Leasing Agent will generate and follow up on leasing opportunities, conduct property and apartment tours, explain lease terms and community policies, process applications, and guide prospective residents throughout the leasing process.
Position: Bilingual Leasing Agent - Evaluation to Hire
Compensation: $17.00-$19.00 per hour, depending on experience
Language Requirement: Bilingual English/Spanish - Required
Work Experience: Prior leasing experience minimum of 1 year - Required
Software Experience: Real Page preferred

Schedule
Monday, Tuesday & Friday : 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
Wednesday and Thursday: Off
Saturday: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM-5:00 PM
Exceptional attendance and punctuality are required.
Essential Responsibilities Greet prospective residents and provide a professional and welcoming experience.
Qualify prospective residents and respond promptly to leasing inquiries.
Conduct tours of the community, amenities, model units, and available apartment homes.
Explain floorplans, rental rates, amenities, lease terms, community policies, and application requirements.
Address questions and concerns professionally and effectively.
Process rental applications, credit checks, and application fees.
Prepare and execute lease documentation and assist with move-in procedures.
Maintain accurate prospect records and document all leasing activity.
Follow up with prospective residents throughout the leasing process.
Maintain knowledge of available units, pricing, amenities, and community policies.
Participate in team meetings, training, and other property-related activities as required.
Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents.
Required Qualifications
Prior leasing experience minimum of 1 year
Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency
Weekend availability
RealPage experience
Exceptional attendance and punctuality
Knowledge of property management software preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Dress Code
This position requires professional business-casual attire.
Jeans/shorts, open-toe shoes, and heels are not permitted.
