This position offers a competitive base salary plus a per-lease bonus structure — designed to reward high performance and maximize earning potential.

nRequirements
nnnPrevious leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
n
nnStrong interpersonal and communication skills
n
nnSelf-motivated with a results-driven mindset
n
nnExcellent time management and organizational skills
n
nnAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
n
nnFlexibility to work weekends and outside traditional business hours
n
nnExperience with AppFolio is a plus
n
nnReliable transportation required
n
n nKey Responsibilities
nnnGreet and assist prospective residents, providing detailed information about available properties
n
nnConduct engaging property tours tailored to each prospect’s needs
n
nnSchedule, coordinate, and manage unit showings
n
nnGuide applicants through the leasing process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
n
nnMeet and exceed monthly leasing targets
n
nnRespond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
n
nnNavigate and update records within the AppFolio software environment
n
nnTravel between properties as needed (reliable transportation required
n
nnSupport additional projects and operational initiatives as assigned
n
n nResident Communication & Retention Support
nIn addition to leasing responsibilities, the Leasing Agent plays a key role in supporting resident satisfaction and retention through proactive communication.
nResponsibilities include:
nnnNew move-in follow-up phone calls
n
nnWork order satisfaction follow-up calls
n
nnRenewal reminders
n
nnDelinquency calls
n
nnResident satisfaction surveys
n
nnDelivering resident notices and 5-day letters
n
nnEntering and tracking work orders
n
n nThis component of the role ensures strong resident relationships, improved retention, and a high quality living experience.
