nAdvanced Asset Management (AAM Living) delivers smart, data-driven property and asset management solutions across Texas. We specialize in maximizing occupancy, optimizing operations, improving turnover speed, and creating high-quality resident experiences across multifamily, affordable housing, and build-to-rent communities.

nRole Overview

nWe are seeking a motivated Leasing Agent to support leasing operations at our multifamily community. This role focuses on prospect engagement, property tours, applications, follow-ups, and resident service while supporting leasing and occupancy goals.

nKey Responsibilities

nnRespond to prospect inquiries and conduct timely follow-ups.

nConduct property tours and present available apartments, amenities, pricing, and lease terms.

nAssist prospects with applications and leasing requirements.

nSupport the leasing process through move-in.

nMaintain accurate prospect and resident records.

nAssist with renewals, transfers, and resident retention.

nProvide professional resident service and address leasing questions.

nCoordinate with property management and maintenance teams.

nSupport marketing, outreach, and community leasing activities.

nMaintain accurate leasing documentation and records.

nFollow Fair Housing and property-specific requirements.

nSupport leasing, sales, and occupancy goals.

n nRequired Qualifications

nn1+ year of multifamily leasing or property management experience preferred.

nStrong sales, customer service, and communication skills.

nExperience with CRM or property management software preferred.

nStrong follow-up, organization, and attention to detail.

nKnowledge of Fair Housing requirements preferred.

nSpanish proficiency preferred.
