nResponsibilities:
nnGenerate and convert prospective resident leads through tours, follow-up, and professional sales techniques to achieve leasing goals.
nProvide exceptional customer service by addressing resident and prospect inquiries, concerns, and requests.
nManage the leasing process, including applications, screenings, lease documentation, and move-in coordination.
nMaintain community appeal by monitoring the condition and presentation of apartments, amenities, and common areas.
nSupport daily property operations through administrative tasks, recordkeeping, and resident communications.
nStay informed on market conditions and competitors to effectively promote the community and drive occupancy.

nRequirements:
nnMulti-family property management experience preferred.
nValid driver's license (free from major moving violations) and dependable transportation.
nSocial media marketing experience preferred.

nWhat We Offer:
nExpected pay rate of $19.00/hour-$20.00/hour + commissions. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job
