Leasing Clerk
The Leasing Clerk serves as the first point of contact for residents, prospective tenants, and visitors. This position supports the property management team by providing excellent customer service, assisting with daily office operations, and ensuring resident requests are handled efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to resident and prospective tenant inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Receive, document, and route resident service requests to the appropriate team members for follow-up.
Greet and assist residents, visitors, and vendors at the front desk.
Provide administrative support to the property management team.
Maintain accurate records of resident communications and requests.
Assist with office organization, filing, and general clerical duties.
Help ensure the leasing office maintains a welcoming and professional environment.
Support leasing and property management operations as needed.
Qualifications: Strong customer service and communication skills.
Professional telephone etiquette.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced office environment.
Basic computer and administrative skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
