Leasing Consultant Duties And Responsibilities
As the main person responsible for the daily dealings of a rental property, there are many duties and responsibilities a good Leasing Consultant should be able to take on. Some of the most common duties include:
Renewing and renegotiating lease agreements
Ensuring tenants follow the rules and pay on time
Resolving any issues raised by the tenants
Ensuring proper and safe maintenance of both the inside and outside of the building
Reviewing tenant applications and completing thorough background checks on prospective tenants
Overseeing and maintenance or repairs that are carried out on the premises
Creating regular reports for the landlord
Managing the budget
