Job description
Rate: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
nMonthly new lease AND renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.

As Leasing Consultant, you make that important first connection with potential residents; you also make a difference in people’s lives by helping them find their perfect apartment home. In addition to greeting prospects, you will also show apartments, close sales, and process rental applications and leases in compliance with fair housing laws. nRequirements
nnnAt least 1 year of leasing, customer service, or sales experience is preferred.
n
nnGood leasing and closing skills.
n
nnExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
n
nnAbility to type 30 WPM and be organized.
n
nnComputer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
n
nnMust be able to work two Saturdays per month, or as needed.
n
nnBilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!
n
n nResponsibilities
nnnGreeting visitors and residents
n
nnAnswering and returning resident calls, as well as email requests
n
nnCompleting guest cards and lease paperwork correctly and timely
n
nnSelling features and amenities to prospective residents
n
nnShowing apartments
n
nnSecuring leases
n
