Job description
Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will conduct prospecting, apartment tours (virtual and in-person), and ensure a stellar move-in experience for residents.
You will also perform market research on comps, assist in lease renewals, respond to resident concerns, and help market units using social media and internet platforms. A strong customer service background is required.
