nAre you ready to connect with potential residents seeking a new home? This position is created for a certain individual that has high energy, great communication and sales skills. In this client facing role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining business and being the face of the community. We are looking for someone with sales experience in leasing apartments.
nResponsibilities:
nnnClerical duties as required
n
nnFielding general questions regarding rental units and property features
n
nnAnswering phones, greeting potential clients and showing model apartments
n
nnAssisting potential clients in completing rental applications and lease agreements
n
n nQualifications:
nnnPositive attitude and professional demeanor
n
nnCandidates must have a valid drivers license
n
nnCandidates must be able to work on Saturdays
n
nnExcellent sales and marketing abilities are necessary
n
nnExcellent communication and organizational skills are required
n
nnCandidates must have leasing or property management experience
n
nnProficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a must, at least a basic skill level, intermediate level preferred
n
